Friends of the Building of St. Peter's

St Peter’s Church building has been an iconic feature at the centre of the historic and beautiful city of Chester for over 800 years.  In recent years repairs have included repairs to the lead roof and de-scaling weather-worn sandstone walls.  The most urgent future work needed is the permanent repairs to the east wall and repairs to the stained-glass windows.

The purpose of The Friends of the Building is to raise much needed funds to be used exclusively for the maintenance, repair and improvement of St Peter’s Church building.
